What is RiverRun?

RiverRun is a 5K run, walk, and wheelchair race held in Iowa City each April. The race started in 1979, and it partnered with Uptown Bill's and Extend the Dream Foundation in 2008 to raise money for people with physical and mental disabilities. 2019 will mark RiverRun's 40th year as an organization and race. Help us celebrate 40 incredible years of running for a cause! RiverRun's proceeds benefit Uptown Bill’s and the Extend the Dream Foundation. This is going to be a great race for all runners and we can't wait till April 14th. We hope to see all of you in April for a day of running and fun events!
